Mustard Greens

Brown your pork in the pan, add a little water and keep cooking until the water evaporates - do this a couple of times. Then put in a 1/2 to 1 cup water with some chicken boullion (or the same amount of chicken boullion). You don't want too much liquid. Stir fry the greens in the liquid, some salt, some Tabasco or chile sauce. Done.
