Won-Tons
1 lb ground pork
1 TBSP sesame oil
2 TBSP soy sauce
5 chopped green onions
½ head chopped bok choy or napa cabbage
2-3 shredded carrots
1 can bamboo shoots, shredded
won-ton wrappers
Combine all ingredients except wrappers. Place
Small amounts of filling in the wrappers, pinch closed.
Fry until brown in oil comprised of 3 parts vegetable oil to
1 part sesame oil.
